Our vision
Our Services
-
A comprehensive speech pathology assessment looks at a person’s communication skills—like how they speak, understand, and interact—using interviews, observations, and testing, and is often used across all ages to support formal diagnoses and shape individualised support plans.
-
A comprehensive swallow assessment evaluates an individual’s ability to safely swallow food, liquids, and medications, using a combination of clinical observations, standardised tests, and sometimes instrumental assessments like videofluoroscopy or fiberoptic endoscopic evaluation. Mealtime management plans are then designed to ensure safe swallowing and support individuals who may have difficulty with eating and drinking. These plans are tailored to address specific needs, helping to reduce the risk of choking or aspiration, and are developed in collaboration with the individual, caregivers, and other health professionals to promote safe and enjoyable mealtime experiences.
-
Telehealth assessment and intervention offer a flexible and effective way for individuals across Australia—whether children, adolescents, or adults—to access high-quality speech pathology services from the comfort of their own home. For those new to telehealth, we also provide technology support and training upon request to ensure a smooth and confident start.
-
Home visits offer a personalised and convenient way for children, adolescents, and adults to receive speech pathology support in the comfort of their own home. This service is available in selected areas of Southern Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
-
Community-based sessions are a great option for developing practical, real-world communication skills, and are especially beneficial for goals like functional communication, job readiness, and increasing confidence in community access. These sessions take place in everyday settings and are tailored to support meaningful participation in each person’s daily life.
-
Sessions within the education environment—whether in daycare, school, or vocational settings—offer significant benefits for both children and teenagers by supporting communication skills in real-life contexts. These sessions focus on enhancing social interactions, language development, and academic or job readiness, with individualized goals that align with each student's needs. This promotes close collaboration with teachers and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to promoting communication, confidence, and independence.
